Refund and Returns Policy
Shipping
All goods are shipped through courier services.
Shipping costs vary from state to state and will be calculated at checkout.
Items will be shipped between 1 – 4 working days on receipt of payment.
Returns
Any returns and exchanges must be actioned within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed then unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift vouchers, sale items and change of mind orders are non-refundable.
All items must be in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your item(s) we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or gift voucher.
Refunds may take a few days to be processed depending on your finance provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange items if they are faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you due to our error. We are not liable for items that have been damaged through transit. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at sales@scentify.com.au
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that in person exchanges may be arranged by emailing us at sales@scentify.com.au
